Vehicle Types
Scalability
The vehicles are designed in a modular way and can therefore be scaled and adapted flexibly to their respective transportation tasks. The entire technical part is integrated into the undercarriage. This makes sure the system can comply with various specific transportation tasks and the RailCabs can be manufactured at low cost.

Transport of Passengers and Freight
The vehicle base are standardised, i.e., the same vehicles are used both for local and long-distance traffic and the same platforms for passenger as well as freight transport. Either passenger- or freight-transport modules (total length: 7 m) are mounted on the base vehicles.
In passenger transport different kinds of furnishings are available:
For long-distance travels, the RailCabs are equipped with all modern conveniences for the transport of 6 to 10 passengers.
For the requirements of local public transport, there are non-subdivided carriages for up to 20 passengers.

Container Transport
Two variants are available for freight transport: a short car with two axles and a total length of 7 m and a longer, four-axle variant of a total length of 15 m.
The shorter RailCabs have an effective active area of about 5 m² and are thus suited for the transport of light-weight 20-ft. containers of up to a total weight of 10 tn. This variant can also be used for transporting packaged or palletized goods.
Heavy 20- or 40-ft. containers of up to a total weight of 30 tn. are transported by the four-axle RailCabs that have an efficient active area of about 10 sqm.
