Professor Dr.-Ing. Joachim Lückel died Nov. 28, 2008, at the age of 70 years. The consortium of "Neue Bahntechnik Paderborn" has lost its founder and the longtime spokesman for the RailCab project. He has earned great praise and will be deeply missed, and his memory will always be cherished by those who had the lucky chance to know him.
